Two different tours to choose from: Downtown or Fairhaven Both tours are a mix of Bellingham’s creepiest history, featuring tales of true crime to local legends and other just plain spooky stuff.
CONTENT WARNING: Themes of Violence, death. Parental discretion advised.
GORE AND LORE run weekly between May and September, and are the featured tour in the month of October.
Gore and Lore Tours are also available as private tours year round.

Downtown Gore and Lore
Creepy tales from downtown Bellingham’s crypts! Find out about horrific historical happenings and terrible true crimes in the dark heart of our city.
Led by a costumed guide, this tour runs around 1-1.5 hours, total distance less than one mile.
Parental discretion advised for violent, gory, and potentially scary topics.
Tour-goers receive drink specials at Amendment 21 in the Hotel Leo with proof of purchase.

Fairhaven Gore and Lore
Explore the spooky side of Fairhaven, Bellingham’s south-side shopping district and “haunted hot-spot.” Hear ghost stories, true crime tales and spooky local lore with a costumed guide.
This tour runs around 1-1.5 hours, total distance less than one mile. Parental discretion advised for violent, gory, and potentially scary topics.

attn ghost-hunters: We do tell ghost stories, but our focus is history - if you are looking to communicate with those gone beyond with a genuine ghost whisperer, this tour might be for you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will be honored if cancellations are made 24 hours in advance, otherwise give us shout and we will happily reschedule if life happens.
Tours run rain or shine, we won't cancel for weather unless it is deemed hazardous, in which case a refund/reschedule option will be offered.
Please know we have a minimum booking requirement to run our tours. We will send an e-mail the morning of the tour if we have not met our booking requirements, with options for refunds or rescheduling. We will happily run a tour for a smaller party as long as the minimum is met.

We are currently not requiring masks on tours as per the current state guidelines, but encourage those who wish to mask to do so. Most of our tours are conducted outdoors and risks are considered low. Our guides are fully vaccinated and we hope you are too. See our full pandemic protocols HERE. Private or virtual tours may be an option for those needing extra precautions.
